Limitations

• Image Insertion In Rich Text Editor: Users can insert images using the Insert Image functionality within the editor.External blob images or images copied directly from other sources cannot be pasted into the editor.

• Related List Section Formatting: If the Related List is selected as the section type and Advanced Customization is not enabled, only limited formatting options are available.To access full formatting capabilities, users must enable Advanced Customization.
  
• Rich Text Editor Code(</>): Users can apply formatting using inline CSS only. The use of meta tags and title tags is not supported.
  
• Rich Text Editor Cut/Paste Functionality : The cut and paste functionality is supported only when the selected content remains within the editor. If the cursor moves outside the editor body, the cut or paste operation may not function as expected.
  
• File Name Length: Users can provide file names up to 255 characters.
  If the file name exceeds 255 characters, it will be truncated to fit the limit, and the adjusted name will be shown when downloading the file. By default the file name is set to the target object name.
  
• Font : Users can apply only the available font families i.e salesforce supported fonts provided in the editor; custom fonts cannot be used.
  
• Upload the image in Canvas : Users can only upload the image in canvas.
