2. Using the Service

The following terms govern your access to and use of Cloudy Wave's products and services, including Cloudy Business Ops 360, Cloudy Survey & Form, and Cloudy DocGen & Signer.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, forming a legally binding contract between you and Cloudy Wave. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. When creating an account, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information.
  • Keep your password secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

If you sign up using an Administered Account at an Admin Entity's request, Cloudy Wave may share your account information with that Admin Entity.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Transmitting harmful, offensive, or disruptive content via our platform.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services or infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of our software.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting updated terms on this page and updating the "effective as of" date at the top. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
