Product Creation Steps

Follow the steps below to create a new Product in Cloudy Inventory.

Step 1: Navigate to Products

Go to App Launcher → Products and click New.

Step 2: Enter Product Information

Provide the required product details such as:

• Product Name
• Product Code
• Product SKU
• Product Family
• Description (Optional)

Step 3: Configure Product Settings

Configure the Product based on your business requirements:

• Active
• Track Inventory
• Base UOM
• Unit of Measure
• Inventory Fulfillment Method
• Valuation Method
• Standard Cost

Step 4: Configure Additional Information (Optional)

Enter additional details such as:

• Vendor
• Lead Time
• Barcode/QR Code
• Product Dimensions
• Product Image

Step 5: Save the Product

Click Save to create the Product.
