Purpose:

Prevents invalid emails and ensures reliable communication.

Limit:

Up to 255 characters.

Validation / Special Configuration:

  • Email format validation (must include @ and domain).
  • Supports prepopulation from contact record (if Target Object = Contact).

Use Case:

Used for survey invitations, report delivery, or appointment reminders.

Question Configuration Example:

  • Question: Please provide your email address for receiving health reports and updates.
  • Help Text: Ensure your email is valid to receive important notifications.
  • Instruction: Example: yourname@example.com
