Document Signer

The Document Signer represents the real signers of a live document in Cloudy DocGen &
Signer. When a document is generated from a template, signer records are automatically
created based on the template signers. This object tracks each signer’s details, signing status, and activity,
enabling accurate workflow management and auditability.

Reminder Sent ? : – Automatically updates the reminder status to Sent and prevents duplicate
emails, ensuring signers are notified without receiving repeated reminders.

Purpose & Use:

  • Tracks each recipient individually for proper workflow and audit purposes.
  • Enables secure access to documents via unique signing links.
