Document Signer
The Document Signer represents the real signers of a live document in Cloudy DocGen & Signer. When a document is generated from a template, signer records are automatically created based on the template signers. This object tracks each signer’s details, signing status, and activity, enabling accurate workflow management and auditability.
Check box Functionality:
The following describes the function of each checkbox on the Document Signer object :
| Checkbox Field | Purpose |
| Reminder Sent ? | Automatically updates the reminder status to Sent and prevents duplicate emails, ensuring signers are notified without receiving repeated reminders. |
Purpose & Use:
- Tracks each recipient individually for proper workflow and audit purposes.
- Enables secure access to documents via unique signing links.
