Purpose:

Limit:
Range configurable (e.g., 0–10 or 1–100).
Validation / Special Configuration:
- Display numeric value as user slides.
- Can mark min/max labels.
Use Case:
Used for satisfaction levels or self-assessed health scoring.
Question Configuration Example:
- Question: On a scale of 0 to 10, how would you rate your current health condition?
- Help Text: 0 = Poor, 10 = Excellent.
