Limit:
No limit.
Validation / Special Configuration:
- Only one selection allowed.
- Supports “Other” field with text input.
Use Case:
Used for demographic or classification-based questions.
Question Configuration Example:
- Question: What type of healthcare plan do you currently have?
- Options: Public Insurance / Private Insurance / Employer-provided / None
- Help Text: Choose one option.
- Instruction: Select only one answer.
