A table where users can select multiple options in each row.
Purpose:
Best when evaluating multiple attributes at once—skill sets, availability grids, or multiple applicable choices.
Limit:
No Limit.
Validation / Special Configuration:

Use Case:
Used for multi-symptom or multi-department satisfaction feedback.
Question Configuration Example:
- Question: Indicate how often you experience the following symptoms.
- Matrix Choice Header: Symptom
- Row Choices: 1) Headache 2) Fatigue 3) Back pain
- Column Choices: 1) Never 2) Sometimes 3) Often 4) Always
- Help Text: Select one or more options for each symptom.
- Instruction: Choose frequency for each row.
