Supports large blocks of text without character limitations.
Purpose:
Used when the user needs to enter full explanations, detailed descriptions, issue reports, or long-form answers.
Limit:
Up to 32,000 characters.
Validation / Special Configuration:
- Option to enable word counter or scrollbar.
- Can restrict minimum/maximum word count.
Use Case:
Used for detailed patient feedback or symptom description.
Question Configuration Example:
- Question: Please describe any recent health issues or symptoms you’ve experienced.
- Help Text: Provide as much detail as possible.
- Instruction: Use this space to share detailed information with your healthcare provider.
