File Upload
Allows users to attach files like documents, images, PDFs, spreadsheets.
Purpose:
Useful for collecting resumes, proof documents, screenshots, attachments, evidence, or forms.
Limit:
File size up to 4.5 MB (configurable).
Validation / Special Configuration:
- Supports file formats: PDF, JPG, PNG, DOCX.
- User can upload multiple files.
Use Case:
Collect lab reports, prescriptions, or health certificates.
Question Configuration Example:
- Question: Upload your latest health or lab report (optional).
- Help Text: Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, or PNG.
- Instruction: Click “Upload” and select the file from your device.
