Date
Allows users to select a date from a calendar picker.
Purpose:
Ensures the date is selected correctly without manual typing errors—useful for birthdays, event dates, deadlines.
Limit:
Standard date format (DD/MM/YYYY).
Validation / Special Configuration:
- Can Select any date.
- Can auto-fill with today’s date if needed.
Use Case:
Recording appointment dates, vaccination dates, or follow-up schedules.
Question Configuration Example:
- Question: When was your last medical check-up?
- Help Text: Provide the exact date if possible.
- Instruction: Select from the calendar icon.
