Choice Response

The Choice Response represents the selected option(s) provided by a participant for a specific choice-based question in a survey. It is primarily used for Single Choice, Multi and Yes/No question types, capturing exactly which options were chosen and linking them to the corresponding question response.

Purpose & Use:

• To record participants’ selected choices for choice-based questions.
• To maintain accurate mapping between questions, available options, and chosen responses.
