This feature controls the post-submission experience, allowing survey creators to design custom success/failure messaging or redirect respondents to external pages for follow-up actions, onboarding, or additional workflows. It ensures a smooth, branded, and purposeful completion journey.

Cloudy Survey & Form empowers administrators with flexible outcome management through:

Public Site Configuration

Enable Default Site Settings and define the Public Domain Site URL to host surveys on a secure, professional domain.
This creates a seamless, branded experience for respondents completing the form outside Salesforce.

Success Customization

Choose how to acknowledge successful submissions:

• Display a customized Success Message using rich text formatting, or
• Automatically redirect respondents to a designated Success URL (with optional Success URL Parameters) for deeper workflows like onboarding, payments, or thank-you pages.

Redirect Control

Enable Enable Redirect to replace the standard Thank You page with a fully controlled destination.
You can guide the respondent to the next step in your process, such as visiting your website, viewing a document, or completing another form.

You may also define a Fail URL for scenarios where the respondent does not meet certain conditions, ensuring they are guided appropriately.

Fail Message Customization

Configure a clear and branded Fail Message to inform respondents when they do not qualify or when submission conditions are not met.
This ensures transparency and maintains a professional user experience even when access is limited.
