Survey Lifecycle and Audience Control
This feature allows for precise administrative control over when a survey is active, who can access it, and where the collected data will be mapped in Salesforce.
Cloudy Survey & Form centralizes key operational settings in the General tab:
➢ Scheduling: Define the Start Date and End Date to control the exact period the survey is available for responses.
➢ Targeting: Specify the Target Audience (e.g., specific contact list) and the relevant Target Object (e.g., Case, Account) to which all collected responses must relate.
➢ Record Management: Assign a Record Type to responses for categorization within Salesforce.
