Respondent Experience Controls

These settings give administrators granular control over the respondent’s journey through the multi-page survey, enhancing user experience and data quality.

Cloudy Survey & Form customizes the survey interface with: 

➢ Navigation: Use Enable Back Button in Wizard to allow respondents to navigate to previous pages to review or correct answers. 

➢ Review Enforcement: Enable Review All Questions to mandate a final review screen before the submission button is presented. 

➢ Resume Progress: Allow respondents to save their progress and return later with Enable Survey Resume.
