Role Description:

• Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and online sources
• Generate and qualify leads for Cloudy Business Ops 360
• Outbound outreach through LinkedIn messages and email communication
• Qualify prospects based on industry, company size, and business needs
• Schedule discovery and demo calls for senior sales team members
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in CRM (Salesforce preferred)
• Meet daily and weekly lead generation targets
• Follow defined sales playbooks, scripts, and outreach sequences

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities
• Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Basic understanding of B2B sales or SaaS concepts
• Familiar with LinkedIn, email tools, and online research
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn
