Order Fulfillment

Order Fulfillment represents the process of completing a Sales Order by delivering the products or services to the customer. In Cloudy Business Ops 360, the Order Fulfillment object is used to track, manage, and confirm that a Sales Order has been processed, packaged, shipped, and marked as fulfilled.

Checkbox Functionality

Adding checkbox fields enhances visibility and automation during fulfillment.

Checkbox FieldPurpose / Use
Packed?Indicates that items for this order have been packed.
Shipped?Marks that the order has been shipped to the customer.
Delivered?Confirms that the order has been delivered. Can trigger invoice finalization or customer notification.
Partial Fulfillment?Indicates that only part of the order was fulfilled, and the remainder is pending.
Requires Follow-up?Flags orders that need special handling (e.g., damaged shipment, return requests).
