A Sales Order Line Item (SOLI) represents a specific product or service listed on a Sales Order in Cloudy Business Ops 360. Each line item stores detailed information about what is being sold — including quantity, price, tax, discounts, and fulfillment tracking.
In other words, if the Sales Order is the “container,” the Line Items are the “contents.”
Why Sales Order Line Items Are Important
- Capture Detailed Product Data – Every product/service, its variant, and price details are recorded individually.
